Here are a couple of questions about Psyche!, related to the Assamite
Reliquary.
1/ Is it possible to use the Reliquary: Shango Remains after a combat,
in order to draw a Psyche! and play it ?
2/ Is it possible to use the Reliquary: Shango Remains after the
opponent played Psyche!, in order to draw an Obedience ?

Why is that ? When Psyche is played, aren't we right away in a new combat ?
In which case Shango shouldn't be usable... ?

No, but it can be tapped once combat had ended, like Obedience can be.

Do you mean by 'tapped' that its effect can be used, since neither
R:SR nor Obedience actually 'tap' as far as V:TES terms are concerned?
Now the real question since I cannot seem to find the relevant
clarifications:
How is it that Psyche! has a timing window that will not allow R:SR to
be used to find and play it? Psyche! is played after the combat
(meaning you downsize from an Aura Reading and can replace DNR till
after combat cards, etc.) and R:SR's restriction is "this ability
cannot be used during combat". If you can use R:SR after someone has
played a Psyche! to find an Obedience, why can you not use R:SR after
a combat is over to increase your handsize and find a Psyche! with
which to play?
Because Psyche! (and Coordinated Attacks) are "magic" -- they are combat cards
that are played at the end of combat. Not quite in combat and not quite after.
That's why a blocker's Psyche! gets to be played before the acting controller's
Hidden Lurker, for example.

"Magic" huh. Well, to go with that, would Haven Hunting's effect be
considered a "magic" effect as well? Before the acting players HL and
the such? Or does this "magic" category only apply to combat cards
(not effects) that can be played at the end of combat? Though it seems
that there may be some effects that can happen during this "magic"
window.
Haven Hunting shares the window used by Hidden Lurker and Fast Reaction.
Yep, the magic seems to be things that are played during combat.
Psyche is a combat card and can only be played during combat,
therefore it must get played and immediately resolved on the "magic"
combat side of the end-of-combat line. Things that are not useable
during combat (reactions, action modifiers, Shango Remains) have to
wait until the other side of the line because they can't be played
until then.
I'm guessing that Haven Hunting has to wait for the other side of the
line because it doesn't have the prerogative of having to trigger and
be resolved during combat. It waits because it can wait. Psyche
cannot.
