There was a question about this at yesterday's tournament.
On the turn when NRA PAC is put into play, do minions that performed
equip actions earlier in that same turn untap at the end of that turn?
My thought was that it would only trigger on equip actions performed
while it was in play.
NRA PAC Card Text:
Government.
Any minion who successfully performs an equip action untaps at the end
of the turn.
