Replacing Bum's Rush

Bum's Rush card replaced immediately? In other words, the do not
replace restriction no longer applies because it referred to a
different combat.
If the Bum's Rush initiates combat with a block and Psyche! is played
at the end of combat to start another combat, is the Bum's Rush card
replaced immediately or do you wait until the new combat is completed?

Under the Sabbat War card text, the Bum's Rush is not replaced until
the end of the action.

How about non-discipline combat cards played before Psyche!? Are they
replaced before the new combat?

Some are replaced immedaitely.
The ones that say that they are not replaced until after combat
are replaced after combat.

now (after the initial combat) or after the new combat?
Assume Psyche! or other effect isn't played and all do not replace
cards are replaced. Can a newly drawn Psyche! be played? I would
assume not as we have already reached the "after combat" stage which is
later than "at the end of combat".

Psyche! - Combat (cel)
* The superior is played after combat ends, even though the card
is a combat card. [RTR 19980928]
But a newly drawn Telepathic Tracking (which is played inside of
combat) could not be played.
