Some questions about how this promo works:

Inceptor
Unique Master

Put this card on a vampire of capacity 1, and put three cards from
your hand, ash heap or library on this card, face up but out of
play. This vampire may play other copies of these cards as if he or she
had the Discipline required (if any) at superior.

Can this vampire play cards using only the inferior level of the cards
on this cards, or he can only use the superior level of them?

Can the vampire with this card use dual discipline cards as if he had
all the disciplines required by the card, at whatever level?

This card allows a vampire to meet the requirement of a discipline, not
other requirements like traits, sect, clan, etc but could he use
anarch's three ways at all levels if he or she is already an anarch?

"as if he or she had the Discipline required (if any) at superior."

Vampires with the superior Discipline can play the card at inferior.

No, per the Ian Forestal/Infernal Familiar precedent. Inceptor will
allow the minion to fake one discipline; if he has the other (at any
level) naturally, he can play the card with one discipline faked and
the other at his natural level.

Yes.

Correct.

Correct.

At any of the three levels, correct. ("All" a once, as in Keystone Kine,
requires that the vampire have the other two naturally.)
