TOM: Q: Allies burning blood

Does this mean 'Jar the Soul' superior will *not* remove a blood
from an ally? This seems exactly opposite of what Jar was written
to do.

Does this also mean that an Ally bound with the Shackles of Enkidu
will not burn 2 blood during the former owner's controller's untap?

(Obviously it means that Allies do not burn blood when blocking Donal
or Camarilla Exemplaries.)
