Hi,

Are maneuvers (and presses) provided by cards such as Bum's Rush,
Harass, etc limited to the first round of the resulting combat only,
or usable once in any round of the resulting combat?

Bum's Rush [Jyhad:C, VTES:C, SW:PB2, FN:PA3/PG3, CE:C/PB7/PN5,
Anarchs:PG4, KMW:PG4/PAl3, LoB:PA4, HttB:PGar3]
Cardtype: Action
Do not replace until the end of this action.
(D) Enter combat with a ready minion controlled by another Methuselah.
The acting minion gets an optional maneuver during this combat.

Harass [CE:C/PTr4, Anarchs:PAG, BH:PTr4, LoB:PA3, Third:C/PTr4,
LotN:PG4, KoT:C/PB5]
Cardtype: Action
(D) Enter combat with a vampire who has 3 or fewer blood or with any

Search for "maneuver". First hit.

# A maneuver or press gained by a combat card can only be used during
the current round of combat. A maneuver or press gained by a non-
combat card (e.g., action, equipment) can be used in any round of the
combat. [TOM 19960521]

Psyche! creates a new combat. Any bonus awarded for the first combat
aren't kept in the new combat. If you play Bum's Rush, don't use the
maneuver from successful Bum's Rush, sup' Psyche!, you don't get the
maneuver from Bum's Rush.

Telepathic Tracking continues the current combat. Any bonus awarded
for the current combat is kept in the current combat. If you play
Bum's Rush, don't use the maneuver from successful Bum's Rush, play
sup' Telepathic Tracking, you can use the maneuver from Bum's Rush in
the new round.

In the case of superior Psyche!, the card states that "This is a new
combat". Thus, presses and maneuvers granted by a card only for the
first combat do not carry over. Hence, Bum's Rush and such mention
"The acting minion gets an optional [maneuver or press] in THIS
COMBAT" as opposed to "until the end of the action, you gain X each
combat". On the other hand, cards and abilities that provide benefits
each combat (IR Goggles, guns, minion cardtext, etc.) are now
available again.

Telepathic Tracking is somewhat the reverse of that: since it is the
SAME combat, effects that "in this combat" are still available, while
one-time effects that have already been used (or that work only in the
first round of combat, such as Jacko's initial additional strike or a
Sniper Rifle's ability to set range) are spent and unusable.
