He steals the blood and takes the damage *before* attempting to
heal damage or prevent destruction from agg damage.

At this point, the vampire will have three blood (assuming his
capacity is at least three - otherwise the excess drains off).

Then he can use that blood to prevent destruction, leaving him with
one blood (and in torpor).

All cumulative, and they stack with each other as well (they are not
just lumped together).

THey can add stealth - the action just has a base 0 stealth (instead
of the normal +1 stealth).

Both CataFear and Mariel deal their damage after combat, so that
damage won't attract the attention of Anathema.
