Rules question, a bit confused here

In a game last Wednesday, my prey calls a Charming lobby, vote being
Kindred Restructure. Then during the block attempts, a Daring teh
Dawn is played to make it unblockable. At this point my predator
plays a Delaying tactics.

My question is, what in the heck happens? We had a bit of
confusion on this, I think finally we just ruled that the Daring the
Dawn does send the vampire to torpor, untapped, with kindred
restructure in hand, but not charming lobby. Was this correct?

Yes.
And he player discards down to her hand size.
