Genetic Anomalies Completes Acquisition of Creations With Authority!

Cambridge, MA -- Genetic Anomalies, Inc. (http://www.GeneticAnomalies.com)
creator of Collectible Bits, the Internet's first virtual property commerce
technology, and developer/publisher of Chron X, the Internet's #1
collectible card game has announced the acquisition of upstart game design
firm Creations With Authority! The terms of the deal were not released.

Creations With Authority!, (CWA) was founded by Anthony Shubert, designer
of the award-winning Acrophobia, one of the Internet's most popular games.
As part of the acquisition, Shubert will take charge of Genetic Anomalies'
game R & D operations.

Genetic Anomalies' Collectible Bits technology provides for the secure
creation, buying, selling and trading of virtual property on the Internet.
Collectible Bits' first use was in Genetic Anomalies' Chron X - the
Internet's most popular Collectible Card Game. In commercial use for over
a year, Collectible Bits coordinates over 5 million Chron X cards.

Genetic Anomalies is a privately owned company located in Cambridge,
Massachusetts.

Acrophobia is owned by Berkeley Systems, a division of Cendant Software.
