Doppelganger wierdness

When you are wearing dragon armour and try to polymorph as a doppelganger,
you are no more likely to turn into the appropriate dragon than you were
without it if you simply select it. However, if you press return every time
it asks you, you will turn into a dragon. Although the chances of getting
dragon scales early enough for this to matter are small (low level
doppelgangers have an obvious first wish, so that's not a likely source for
this situation), it's slightly strange.

How are you getting to be a doppelganger in the first place? They're
set M2_NOPOLY, so if you've found a way to turn into one, it's a bug.
(Similarly chameleons and sandestins.)

I think he's playing Slash, or some other variant. 'D'oppelgangers
are a character class in Slash...

On my current game, I polymorphed a pet into a chameleon with the polymorph
spell. Bug? I polymorphed it to something else straight away, though,
since chameleons have a tendency to become lights and explode.
