[slashem] You feel a little less in control of yourself

Just got "You feel a little less in control of yourself." in my Slashem
game, an indication for a timeout of the TC (teleport control) property.

But where did I get that timed out TC from, in the first place?

Quite some turns before (how many I cannot tell) I had worn a ring of
TC. And just immediately before the above message appeared I had read
a blessed scroll of teleportation. (In case it matters.)

Any ideas?

It matters. According to the sources, reading a blessed scroll
of teleportation (when not confused) gives you teleport control
that lasts for 2 turns. Since countdown timers are decremented
at the start of each turn before you have a chance to move, that 2
really means the rest of the current turn plus all of the next one,
and you might have extra moves on either of those turns if you're
fast enough.
