If you don´t have a slot-2 device with extra ram you should still be
able to get the network up and running by using the build found on:
http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=142045
However, the network setup guide found in this link didn't work for
me, I had to configure the network manually using the guide on
http://dslinux.org/cgi-bin/moin.cgi/UsingDSLinux (go to "Configuring
the wireless interface manually (deprecated) )
Once you get the network up and running, simply use the command "ssh
jos...@crawl.akrasiac.org" and enter the password when asked (joshua).
After this you should edit macros to enable up-right movement etc. In
the latest builds of dslinux L and R are mapped as ctrl and shift,
which should enable for more complex keybindings, but for some reason
this is not detected when editing macros. So I have simply mapped YXBA
as the missing directions. If anybody has a solution to enable more
mapping possibilities please let me know :)
Here you can see DCSS running on the DS. Sorry about the low res!

There is also one rather serious bug in dscrawl. Situations which
expect you to select a map location, e.g. teleport, go to the minimap
screen which then locks up. The code to select a location via the
minimap was never implemented. For those interested, dscrawl can be
found here: http://errabes.free.fr/pogo2/
