I'm new to this list, first hello to everyone.

Are there any roguelikes that have a cyberpunk background?

i have played Vanila Angband and some other variants ( Zangband and
CthulhuAngband ) and i didn't like them very much. I think Cyangband won't
be much different.

and you are right...
There is an Alphaman too (post nuclear roguelike), but i don't like it.
Game is bizzare and doesn't give fun to me.

There is one called "Decker," which simulates a run through cyberspace.
Check it out.

Gearhead, sorta. Giant stomping robots isn't really cyberpunk though.

Correct about Cyangband... I would give Alphaman a try though. It is
a little odd but I find it entertaining. The mutations are
interesting, my character shoots quills. I wasn't sure when I first
got it, but I gave it time and I have a great time with it now. You
might want to check it out. Very small, quick download, and quite
entertaining.

alphaman isn't bad, but has some annoying features

CyberKnights of Trese Brothers is kind of roguelike. It's on mobile, and they are currently in Alpha for making an updated version. The graphics of the original are very 90s, but the lore is sweet and gameplay fun for a bit. Plus, it might get you excited for the CyberKnights Flashpoint that is coming out ^-^

Check Malice & Greed on Steam, it's a roguelike RPG
