Alphaman: Stuck in Grandpa's castle

I've just started playing this, and I'm completely stuck in the last level
of the second castle: the one with Grandpa, Igor, Spot, etc. in.

Basically, I can't get into the room at the bottom left. I've killed
everything else, so I assume I need to get into that room and kill
whatever's in there for something to happen. I've searched all the walls
thoroughly, and at this rate I won't be able to complete the game before
September 8th. I don't have any way to teleport, or any way to map the
level. My mutations are Foul Musk and Military Genius. I've tried using Foul
Musk so that the cloud goes into the room (according to the brown highlight,
anyway), but nothing has come out of it. The spoiler file doesn't help, and
I can't find any way to contact the author.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the room where you defeated Grampa, there's a teleporter that will
take you into the room with no doors. There's another teleporter in
that room so you can exit.

I'd recommend a Google search for "alphaman roguelike." be sure to DL
version 1.1 and the faq and spoiler files too.
