Calris have Aggravate as an attribute. And since your major problem with this
bastards is breaths, is would suggest using one of your other atrifacts. Try to
find out which will do most damage as a first round blow. Then if this guy hits
to disenchant, after you gotten close to him and are hasted to max, change to
calris.

You should get at least as many attacks with this Trident as you do with calris,
and I don't think it aggravates. And the 2 dam. points you loose, you can live
without. Aggravate monster is VERY annoying, and it sucks wielding it all the
time. Only wield it when you *MUST*. I have it too (I play Angband), and I
always carry it as a secondary weapon, incase something nasty that disenchants
shows up. Figure out what slays h) and i) have then use one of them. With these
two, you should be able to sneak up on the bastard. Also, remember, you don't
loose a unique if you flee the level. Try WoR, and savescum to see if you miss
any good artifacts by fleeing the leve. Then WoR back and hunt the bastard down
with your good stealth and NO aggravate monster.

Er, the Tarrasque breathes disenchantment, and Calris is this character's
only source of resist disenchant. Though I normally hate Calris due to the
aggravation, I would use it against the Tarrasque in this case.

Get better rings. Replace (d) with the largest damage ring you can find.
The +11 to hit is fairly useless.

Get potions of resist heat and cold and use them before the battle. Get
lots of potions of healing. Dig a twisty corridor so that you can phase
door out and rest. Carry more than one staff of speed, and get potions as
well, as the Tarrasque is reliable to fry it. Then melee it to death. It's
one of the hardest fights in the game.

Sorry, don't have any advice for your warrior, but priests have a pretty easy
time of it.... Very munchkinish, though. Just walk through the moat to the
left side of the town. The beast'll be on the other side of the trees. Go to
the top corner, cut out one tree, take a step up, then start blasting the
opening with OoD's. I'm not proud of the victory, but I'll take it. <grin>
