After the Keethrax quest the next one he will give you is at about L30.
(The first one you can only get if you don't talk to Rynt.) Don't know
about alignment, but I'm fairly sure you have to be at least neutral.

Thats not true. First of all, Rynt is the elder. Guth Alak is the druid,
and anyway, he will NOT attack you for bieng chaotic.
