If you 2wouldn't mind, I would love a copy of the Rogue you have. I
could even send you disk for it if you like. I have been looking for a
good Rogue game for about 3 or 4 years and nobody has ever heard of it.
If it is out of "print", there shouldn't be a problem with sending out
copies. About the only thing available now are games that just aren't
up to par with the first Rogue I ever played. I have two games my
husband got for me of the internet, but they just don't cut it.

The new group rec.games.roguelike.rogue has a copy of the public domain
version of the game mentioned above. The two are nearly identical,
however the commercial version has a couple of nice setup options.
I have both, but the commercial version is copy protected so that if it
is copied, the coppy kills you in the first couple of levels and labells
you a software pirate. So, the upshot is I play the public domain version
on my hardrive rather than the commercial version of 5 1/4" floppy.

I would be glad to send you a copy if you already haven't acquired one.
Send me an EMail here on good ol' AOL and we can work out the details -
I'm not real familiar with how things work on this internet thingy. See
