I live in Southern MN and the game of Pfeffer is quite popular around here.
However, it doesn't appear to be an officially sanctioned game anywhere, as
I cannot find official rules. It's similar in style to Buck Euchre, but
played differently. I'm looking for anyone or anything that might have some
"official" rules for this game.

There is a Pennsylvania Dutch card game called Hasen Pfeffer; could that be
it?
