There are quite a few different types of card game in which the queen of
spades is a penalty card and they have various names quite often
including something like Bitch. Whatever this particular game is, like
most traditional card games it almost certainly does not have 'official'
rules. From the '2 deck' detail my guess would be that yours is a rummy
game, similar to Fortune Rummy or Arlington - see
