My crib.
Opposing girlfriend leads with an 8.
I Jack it up to 18.
She plays a 5 for 23.
I go.
She plays a 3 for 26.
I go.
She plays her last card, a 2 for 28 and takes the go = 1 pt.
Now here's the question... we disagreed upon.
I lay down 3 kings, how many points should I get?

thanks, I'll check back to see if I get any responses.

According to pagat.com, you earn six points for a pair royal. In your
case, that would be playing two kings, followed immediately by a third
king. If either you or your girlfriend now plays the fourth king, it
would be worth 12 points.

James: her opponent is already out of cards, and in any case would not
be able to play another one since the total would go over 31.

m3mc: You score as follows:

First king: total is 10, no points
Second king: total is 20, two points for the pair.
Third king: total is 30, six points for the triple.
One point for go.
Total points: 2 + 6 + 1 = nine points.

But you play your cards one at a time:
King, 10
King, 20, pair for 2
King, 30, prial for 6
Go for 1

Total 2+6+1 = 9.

There is no fourth king - both players are now out of cards.

Yup that's what I came up with... 9 pts, 2 for the pair, 5 for the 3'rd
king and 1 for the go.

Thanks for the confirmation... well done, Yehuda and Nick... James you
need a few more games... a fourth king, or face card, or 9 or 8=32
cannot be pegged as you probably know... as well,
4 of the same card in your hand or crib creates 6 pairs worth 12 pts.

thanks for your inputs....
