IJ jackpot board issue

Why does my IJ jackpot board flicker like this on the arc on the
backbox? It does not do it when first installed but after 15 or so games
it begins. It has done this with two boards. I am using marco
specialties part # a-16824. It is an led. How do I fix this? Thank
you for the help.

That flickering is typical of an LED damaged due to excess current. The LED should be replaced. Should probably also have a bigger series resistor.

What size resistor should I put in ? I have some led's that were sent
to me from the original maker in germany. Thanks for the help martin.
