Uncle Lester ???

Are you from Cameroon by any chance or just very young?

"Uncle Lester" is correct. It appears you are the young one (or
inexperienced).

"Uncle Fester" was the character in the TV shows and films. Apparently
that is a copyrighted title. "Uncle Lester" is the pinball character
name designed to look like, but not be called, "Uncle Fester".

Curt is good people and a good communicator. Deal with confidence.
This game is the cleanest TAF you're likely to ever come across.

Why does the fella have a 3/5 start rating if he is 'good people'?

Uncle "Lester" is correct for the MOD.

Yes we all know its Lester in the game, tv show and movies!!!

The playfield toy, as Drain Man mentioned is made to be as a
'likeness' of the character and NOT as an official licensed toy of the
copyrighted Uncle Fester.

So whenever you see the cool mod of the bald headed, light bulb in the
mouth guy in the TAF chair...he's "Lester" ;)

Because the star ratings are/were meaningless, maybe? Anyway, you should talk, you don't have ANY stars!

Rating individual posts is gone from the old GG already. I was surprised the overall rating still appeared anywhere. I use the far superior New GG. I had to switch back temporarily to see what you were talking about.

A better question is, why even look at the old rating?

Star ratings don't mean sh*t.

Out of 5 stars, I'd rate Curt a 10.

I never liked the star system...too easy for one person to abuse it
because they were having a bad Karma or something.

Glad it's gone, disappointed it stuck onto the original profiles

I would give you one star Bryan for that comment, if I could...so I
will berate you impotently from my computer desk. TAKE THAT!!

For a long while I had a stalker here on RGP that would rate every
single post I made with a single star. Can you imagine the small,
miserable life some people lead?

FYI: Drain Man is a solid citizen in the pinball community. Good luck
with the sale, Curt.

Kim, I usually rate your posts with at least 2 stars - don't sell me
short.

Curt is tops to buy a game from. I bought a few from him and were
packed perfectly and shipped without a hitch. Buy with extreme
confidence. Best of luck with the sale.

Curt is the best. Period. I've bought from him in the past. He is one
of the FEW here where you do not even need pictures. It is always as
he describes it.

Star system is broken. If you have 5 stars- I'd worry about you :-)
Look at Lloyd's rating- and he is one the most helpful voices here!

I too can vouch for Curt, bought a Bryan Kelly restored MB from him
and it was drop dead gorgeous.

It was packed for shipping so well it took 20 minutes to unwrap it.

I already have a restored TAF or i'd be all over this one. Good luck
with the sale Curt.

I recently bought a game from Curt that is beautiful. He describes his
games accurately and is a very nice person. If I had not just
purchased a game from Curt, I would be right back out there to buy. He
also introduced me to other great people at the Rocky Mountain Pinball
Expo.

I've dealt with Curt many times over the years. Bought games, sold
games, exchanged parts and other goodies. Nicest guy you would ever
want to meet or deal with.
