Hey all, been seeing mostly posts for parts and selling and trading. I can't find much of ANYTHING of how people like Avengers, or more importantly WoZ?

Is/was WoZ the second coming? Is it 100% 'done' as far as code? Did it blow you away? Was it worth the wait?

I am in the minority that loves XMen, and I got to play Avengers at Jilly's BEFORE it gets beat up.

What do y'all think of Avengers and WoZ?

This feels a lot like Pinside quality posting/commentary. Douche, go
back to Pinside.

WoZ has been good fun every time I've played it, and the 1.08 video
makes it look even better. It looks to be a solid pin, for sure.

The Avengers, I feel, is a dog. The game is simply poorly designed and
not much fun to play.

I don't know much about the Avengers but WOZ is pretty impressive. I
have one on order.

No, WOZ is not 100% done yet but it's very playable in its current
condition and getting better every day. I saw a few of the earlier
version prototypes at Allentown, and they were simply stunning and
spectacular! Clear coated cabinet, invisiglass, led display, color
changing led's and whatnot. Just spectacular. The gameplay software
version 1.08 was just released a day or two ago although many WOz's
had already been delivered to paying customers with earlier version
software. Those people who already took delivery on their orders are
lovin it nevertheless, knowing that the JJP (Jersey Jack Pinball)
software team (Keith Johnson, Ted Estes, and others) will be writing
scores of new codes and rules for the game for the foreseeable future
which will be available as downloadable upgrades from the JJP help/
service website. I feel JJP is the new pinball trend and Stern will
have to step up its game considerably to stay competitive. BTW, JJP
is already working on a new game (The Hobbit) and I have one of those
on order too. I apologize if I sound like I'm bragging. Hope this
helps.

Haven't played WOZ yet, but have more time on AV. I still find AV to
"feel" like TFS, but a little better. It just feels like it needed to
get tweaked for another week or two before its release. The shots are
interesting, but the ball hang ups are too common and too many
different ones. Everyone seems to want to say that it feels cheap. I
don't see that. Again, it just needs tweaked / refined a bit. The
main problem is that most old school OPs are not going to go to
through the trouble of tweaking it.

(I have a Hulk) Avengers takes a few games to get the shots down.
There is a lot of complaints about tight shots but after a couple
games the shots get easier to make. The game out of the box requires
some tweaking which has frustrated owners. Personally, i have been
loving the game. If you compare it to the Woz it does look cheaper,
but it is a pretty solid game for being a Stern.

The woz i can't say much about. I did play a couple quick games on one
at Patz. I think it looks very nice and appears to be have all the
bells and whistles one could hope for. I don't have one ordered but
wouldn't mind getting one later. The playfield is packed with stuff
compared to a Stern. Also the Lcd screen is nice.
