Pinball on location in nursing home pictures.

to the folks at my mom's nursing home. The staff say the residents
gather around and play all day. Had their first tournament this past
weekend, one staff and one resident made up teams and everyone had a
good time. Can't think of a better use for some of the old pins we
have laying around. Doug

Pre-School through 8th grade at the beginning of the school year. It
is turned on from 3pm to 6pm daily. A week ago I checked the
counter...425 plays so far in only 3 months of play. I placed it on
free play in a 3-ball setting with high scores that are competitive so
there is a frequent turnover of kids turns. I may have to put in a
second machine with the line I saw for the first. Who woulda
thunk....

Hi Mike, you really should go ahead and to it, the best feeling I've
had in years what watching these folks play, and listening to their
stories of when they played as kids on flipperless games. One
gentleman said he had bought a stage door canteen when he returned
from the war, I'm thinking about taking mine up there for a month or
two to let him play. You'll find some of the best stories on earth at
a nursing home, if you just have the time to listen. Doug

The Spirit of 76 is still putting smiles on their faces.
Sadly, Charles who was an excellent musical saw player (world
renowned) pass away last year.
He kicked my butt on Star Trip. It was nice to put some more joy in
his life and others. Our seniors really need and deserve it.
I put the cocktail in because a lot of the residents were in wheel
chairs and this was the only way for them to play.
