WTB: Whodunnit? slot machine reels

Why are these still NLA? Were these not actually from any slot
machines but a custom part made just for this pinball.

Have a customer with this game and all 3 wheels are warped and one has
a cracked set screw housing.

Good luck finding these.
You can true them on a drill press, slide it onto the proper size drill
and heat ALL the spokes with a torch till it relaxes and sets flat on
the table.
Leave it like that till it cools.
A collet can be made out of a Bally flipper pawl to repair a cracked
reel.
Strike a flat spot on the motor shaft for the set screws so it won't
spin on the shaft rather than over-tightening it and breaking the reel.
I repaired one of these and it was an all day sucker.
Make sure the reels go back in the proper order, each one is
different.
These reels along with the center ramp and sewer weldment need to be
remade.

Yep, I just completely rebuilt an old assembly that popped up on ebay. My game was missing most of it. It took me all freakin day to do it. I also had to wait more than two years for that assembly to pop up onto ebay. In all that time, almost no motors, zero reels.

Those reels REALLY need to be remade.
