Price Check MM Clear Coated Chris Hutchins Restored

I'm just curious, what would a HUO, MM that has been clear coated and
completely restored by Chris Hutchins be worth these days? (both cash
and in trade)

Why don't you just ask Chris. He would certainly know best. It is
somewhat dependent upon how long ago and how much play it has had
since restoration.

As has been stated before, games done by Chris vary in price due to
condition, decaled or not, NOS pf added etc. However, I just got off
the phone with Chris and he's never restored a HUO MM to date!

So I suggest if you buying a "restored" CH game , you talk to him
directly to get the true color on the games history.

I think Marc G is in the right vicinity though. Probably in the middle
of the range.

Well if the game was completely restored by Chris Hutchins, not sure
it matters whether the game was NIB, HUO, or sitting outside in the
rain. That guy does amazing work, no doubting that! :)

I sold a routed and CH restored MM for $9k. It had around 25-50
post-restoration plays on it at time of sale.

Probably doesn't matter, but the integrity of the seller does, as well
as what's happened to the game after it's left the premises.

Minimal plays since CH had it? Then $10k plus. That's the *value*.
Easily- considering the amount of money it would take to buy a HUO MM
and then have Chris do his thing. What it's *worth* is specific to the
potential buyer.

And that's not quite true- CH did MY HUO MM and I got it back not too
long ago. It is a HUO game- I knwe the original owner, have the
receipts etc.- but this game got PLAYED. By me for about 8 years- and
the original owner before that. It did not need or receive decals- so
I saved a bit of money there.

Several people have contacted me about this game so just an FYI *this* game
was not HUO.
If it is the one I think it is based on the email/poster(TK's)then it did
get an NOS playfield installed ,has the revised version of Darin's decals
and was restored just about a couple of years ago.

Not trying to help or hurt the sale/trade just want to help give the most
accurately description I can if using my name as a selling feature and cut
down on the inquiries.
My mistake on the HUO comment to Buddy when he ask.I had forgot about
Marc's but at the same time I knew Marc wasn't the seller so it is still
accurate info in this case.
