For whatever reason and I'm sure it's a newb issue. I can't burn that test rom for sys 9. I have a good ROM, erased it, and it shows to be erased. It will act like it's burned, but it's still a blank rom. I verified I could burn a different test rom from marco that he made. Marco's is a bin file, while Leon's is a hex, but that shouldn't matter. I'm a bit stumped.

Hi Charlie,

What EPROM burner are you using? There can be many reasons for an EPROM
to not program, the most common is you have not matched the EPROM to the
Burner properly. The number code on the EPROM is important. Using the
wrong setup on the burner can destroy the EPROM. I've blown up more than
my share!

Once an EPROM is destroyed it can't be programmed and there often is no
way to tell it is destroyed without microscopic investigation through
the window. Cheaper to get another blank.
