Does your NGG fart?

My NGG started making fart noises when I lose the ball. After it ads
up all the bonuses and the scores for each hole it makes a fart noise.
It has never done this before.

You should be able to look in a manual and see if that's a normal sound for the game or not. Or maybe even google for it.

If NOT, it might be that part of your speech/sound ROM is flaky....it's come loose from the board, or a cable going to that area is loose...


If it is and you never heard it before, I've had that happen on my Doctor Who, where it took several months of playing before I started hearing a sound I hadn't before. Loose connections, dirty connections, old connections. Something like that lol.

The fart sound is supposed to happen when the ball is kicked out of the sandtrap when it is not lit. I'd reseat the connectors to the sound board and run through the sound test menu.

I have the latest ROM (1.3 I think?) and I get that when the sand trap
isn't lit and the ball falls in there but that's the only time I ever
hear it.

Funny, It is a raspberry sound and the gophers are making it. I'm sure
it is supposed to be there. I just had never noticed it before. I'ts
pretty funny.
