The story behind this is it was in Japan for about 2 years, then re-
imported back to the states and Al from Pinball Warehouse in MN got it
and sold to a home customer. It was in his home for many years untill
I bought it from him about 2 1/2 years ago.
The game has never encountered any electrical problems. All boards are
clean and no hacks.
Magnets work perfectly and never had an issue. In the years I have
owned it I have never had to replace a fuse so everything is working
perfect with no strange or erratic issues.
I won't "number" rate the condition as everyone has different tiers of
rating. The lower cab is super nice with no scrapes or issues. Head
left is near perfect, head right shows a few chips that are in the
black so it's an easy touch up. Everything is as original and nothing
is modified.
Translite perfect. DMD is perfect with no burn or outgassing.
All plastics are perfect with the exception of the Axel plastic
cracked of which a NOS one is included and the starburst plastic below
it has a small crack that you can't even see.
Have original Japan ROMS(included) and new USA ROMS (installed).
Manual/paperwork inclued.
Just finished cleaning and shopping it with new rubber, has maybe 10
plays on it.
A truely VERY NICE orginal machine that's hard to find in this
condition.
Originally $3800 on MR Pinball. RGP price $3600. I can arrange
shipping and don't charge for pallet, bubblewrap and prep work. I have
had real good interest in this with a few 2nd emails to buyers but
nothing set in stone.

I thought the GNR's from Japan had the volume control and headphone
jacks?
I think that was Germany.

It came with Japan ROMS. I have both sets.

Now you sparked my curiosity. Look at this pic. Notice the one fuse
holder ???

I will check into this and report back.
Orin Day says that it worked with a menu option.
Try it before you sell it. It probably would increase the price
somewhat. And then burn me a copy of the Japanese roms for helping you
out ;)

Since my game is already wired and has everything there it should be
good he tells me.
I am going to pull that small shaker board out and repair that fuse
clip and check it tonight.
Really always thought it was never operational and a dead feature so I
never looked into it. Just noticed that bad fuse clip today in the
picture.
Gonna dig into it tonight. Cool thing GnR has shaker
capibilities ;-))
Again I will confirm operation tonight and post.
If no takers on it, I am posting to ebay.
Jason.
will be cool to see how it works

Well I can't find a shaker option in the menu. I tried both my Japan
and USA ROM.
I found option #50 as prototype game and all that does is change some
insert lights so that's not right.
Anyone else have an idea. I even tried coil test and it cycled all
through and no shaker option.
This game is wired and looks to work but I can't seem to see how.
Did you try asking Lyman?
I asked Lonnie. Read 3 posts up.
