They seem to have reasonable prices but how are their machines and
reputation? Thanks.

Inspect what you buy. If it is wrapped, open it up, turn it on.

A buddy of mine got some of his first games from M & P and it was not a
positive experience. The games (LOTR and IJ) were supposed to be fully
functional and shopped out when the shipped. We all know how the story
goes - games not properly working, filthy playfields, broken parts, etc.
The games took a month longer than he quoted to have shipped because M&P was
"finding all the replacement parts to make the game perfect"! Ha! My
friend asked me to help with repairs when none of the games worked and had a
bunch of errors. I'm sure the owner of M & P will chime in here soon enough
to defend his business, but I've seen first hand the crap he ships out. And
forget about the warranty he offers, its worth as much as the TP that its
printed on. He promised to send parts that never arrived, made excuses,
etc. Stay away from this guy and buy a local game that you can check out
for yourself before purchasing.

Yep that was me. That's why I will never have a game Shipped again.
The IJ was dirty, bulbs out. LOTR had broken Shooter rod housing,
missing bulbs, broken switch, opto not working. THEY cleaned the
front of platfield but that's about it as far as shopped. My mistake
for having games shipped. Never again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I was
promised high quality And paidvery high price for the games. Again
look else where.

I would recommend pinball plus out in MN. Bought a TZ from John and
very happy.
