New SoCal Arcade in Running Springs- All Pins- Anyone Been?

I thought I heard about this aracde not too long ago, and saw this
posting on CL-

I was wonderiing if anyone had been by there to check out the lineup,
condition, etc., or had any of their games setup there? My mom lives
in Lake Arrowhead, so I am going to go by and check it out next time I
am up there. Wish it was closer to Orange County! Hopefully it will
survive!

We estimate we can comfortably fit over 60 to 80 machines along with
vending and prize machines and changers and tables and chairs

The entire building is brand new with wireless internet and wireless
video surveillance and specially equipped with
state of the art zoned police/fire alarms and sensors that are
accessible over our live network.

fill the location.

We also have one 1081 SF Coffee Shop avail for rent that is next door
to the arcade and on the other side other arcade
in the same building we have a room that is 1011 SF that is also for

The deal is like this if you're interested in placing your machine or
machines with us.
I am running the arcade under a 8 month contract with a possible 1 to
2 yr extension or more depending on the outcome.

The owner is to receive 40% of what comes in the door in return for
rent and electricity and heat and security.
The vendors get will receive 45% for the use of their machines and I
will get 15% to run the place.

Some vendors have graciously offered me an extra 5% because they know
15% isn't enough to live on especially for all the work I have to do
to keep the place running.

Our business hours are from 2pm till 10pm Tues - Fri
noon till 10pm Sat - Sun
