Jukebox Pizza House, Lebanon, IN - still open?

Anyone in the Indiana area heard for Jukebox Pizza House? Is this
place still open to the public? Are they only open during the summer?

It is in Fayette, near Lebanon. I called their phone number several
times and I keep getting the message "This phone number is not taking
calls right now, please try again later". I drove by the place, they
have 8 or 9 pins inside, but it also looks like they are using it for
storage. The hours on the door say Tues through Sat 4pm to 10pm, but
they were closed on 6pm Saturday when I drove by.
