If you wanted to re-theme a pinball, which one would be the best candidate?

I've been wondering that for some time, if you wanted to re do all the
artwork and sound, what game would be the best candidate? I figure re-
doing DMDs would be a lot more difficult, but what models do you think
have a nice design that could be repurposed and what hardware system
is the easiest to mod? I know that there are sound boards for
Gottlieb Sys 1 that allow you to use an SD card to replace all the
sounds, but the rulesets aren't as elaborate. What game would you re-
theme?

Fred if you do that you would improve the game. Better theme. Remove
the ramps and GONZO!!!!....
