TECH: No +5 Volt on AC DC

I bought myself a new AC DC Premium, my first brand new pinball machine, and of course when I turn the game on, it doesn't boot up.
The DMD is black, no GI or other lights. The only thing that comes on is the fluorescent light in the back-box. All LEDs to the fuses is also on.
The voltages is:
+ 50 V: + 72 V
+ 20 V: + 22 V
+ 12 V: + 13 V
- 12 V: - 13 V
+ 5 V: + 0-0,1 V (The LED is blinking weak and fast, and some relay is clicking.)
I took out the + 5 V-fuse to measure it, and it's ok.
Can it be that the machine keeps resetting?

The machine has been traveling to Sweden over the Atlantic Ocean in a container, and there has probably been one or two fork lift trucks driving around with it, so there might be something inside that came loose. I have been disconnecting and reconnecting the cables in the backbox. Have also been checking the connectors in the cabinet, but the game still doesn't boot.

Does anyone have here maybe have an idea what the problem can be?
(I will not do any soldering jobs on any of the PCBs though.)

Check the 5 volt bridge rectifier, see if it went bad.

It seems ok. 0,4 to 0,5 on all legs, testing both with black on the "oddball" leg and red on the diagonal leg to the "oddball" leg.
The only suspect thing, was that it showed -0,5 when the black lead was on the "oddball" leg and the red lead on the diagonal leg to the "oddball" leg.
Is negative figures also ok?

If you can, measure AC in and DC out, see if it drops there.

Brand new machine not working after being shipped overseas.
I'm willing to bet that something got jarred loose during shipping. Check
to see if there is a loose screw or other piece of hardware behind the
boards.

There is 17 AC when I measure between the AC legs, and I get 17 VDC between the + and - legs. I guess it's actually 17 VAC that goes straight through the bridge though.
Strange that the 5 VDC fuse doesn't break when 17 Volt is coming through it.
The worst is that I suspect that probably something broke on the CPU-card as well, due to that suddenly some lamps came on in the playfield. Maybe not so strange if 17 Volt goes through to the logic IC:s.

I received a new I/O power driver PCB from Stern/P4P today. Now everything is working.

FYI the fuse protects current not voltage! If it had a 1000 V, if there
was no current a 100 ma fuse would not even blow, so in the future
before you stick your head in a game again learn some electronics for
your benefit.
