A bunch ! Only thing noteworthy that I saw on my walk through was
BBH and a Hercules. Tourney was going on in the back. Noticed a
Sopranos and The Shadow and two others that I can't remember. Not
much happening really. Gene sitting in the hall still pushing his $6
pop bumper caps and overpriced plastic sets ( bless his little heart )
and cointaker doing
their thing.

It was free and I still feel a little ripped off.

I thought it was an interesting gamble. Two years ago, the venue was
much bigger (in an old armory), but there was a charge to get in and
the people who were there went there as their target destination.
This year, having it in an active Mall and free, made for a large
number of folks who just happened upon the event. It certainly helped
expose pinball to a larger audience.

Today, it was packed. For the DMD machines, most were in constant
use, but you usually only had to wait for the current player to
finish. For the EMs, you didn't have to wait. (Definitely much fewer
EMs this show than 2 years ago.)

The tournament seemed to be very busy -- much busier than 2 years
ago. I think the 6 qualifying games were Shadow, Flash, Family Guy,
Sopranos, Dirty Harry, and (High Speed or Getaway?).

Thanks for the reprt and list of pin's!! I have been thinking about a
POTC or RIBON, now I have to decide if I want to make a 31/2 hr. drive
to play a few pins.

Big Thanks to James for bringing the LOTR
and to Bruce and his son? for bringing MB. That games rocks.
Oh, same for the AFM.

NF was not my cup of tea.
It kept kicking my ass. And I tried both of them.

The TAF with the outlane switch covers was horrible,

I though the T2 at $800 was fairly reasonable.
All the other pins were at "retail" prices.

I didn't get a chance to try the flintstones.
1 round of BBH. I kind of liked it.
It made me want to play again and some of the free games did not.

Show was a big success in my opinion.
1) Tons of foot traffic.
2) Lots of pin exposure for newbies and young-uns.
3) Lots of free pinball on machines that worked.
4) A "completely horrible" TAF with absolutely no magnet wear, a well
lit playfield and some interesting mods. (That one could play FOR
FREE)
5) Stress free buying and selling of games.
6) Oh yeah... and it was all FREE.

Big Thanks to everyone who put in time to make it happen.

(To the rest of ya... Keep Hatin' on the Hobby... you'll kill it soon
enough)

The one on the right was unplayable unless they jacked it up for
Sunday
so the ball would go over the inlane covers. Not sure who owned that
one.

Mikes on the left was nice, had lots of GI out but played fine.
Ball got stuck once in an upper plastic but was fixed in 10 minutes.
