Come out tonight to help support and welcome in LA's newest pinball
parlor, Pins and Needles! Doors should be open around 8 and we'll be
there all night! Don't forget your quarters!

1532 W. Sunset Blvd in Echo Park. Look for the mannequin in the lovely
pink sequined dress outside.

Current lineup: Alien Poker, Superstar, Rollergames, Flash, Harlem
Globetrotters, Surf Champ, Dolly Parton, and Jungle Queen!

Is this a one-night event or a permanent pinball arcade?
I tried to contact Molly Atkinson through her MySpace e-mail and just
a moment ago tried calling the nutrition center phone number, but no
answer to either, and unfortunately for me I can't get there tonight,
but if it's a permanent arcade I'll be sure to stop by soon and would
like to post about the Pins & Needles location details and hours of
operation on the Visual Pinball forums.

We need more pinball in Los Angeles!

It is permanent! I am working on the website which should be up by
months end. You can pretty much expect P&N to be open most nights
late. Lots of fun stuff planned, stay tuned...

May I make a suggestion? Post the location and information on Google
Maps, Yahoo and anywhere else that can get the word out, but I know I
use Google Maps to find out where I am.

I often need to find my apartment!

It is for real, I assure you. And it is awesome. It's 4am and I just
got back from playing all night! Where were you? :-P

Molly's done an awesome job setting up shop and, if you're interested,
you should definitely come on down and drop some quarters. There's no
"official' operating schedule at the moment, but generally, if you
come after dark, Molly is in there just about every night of the week
til all hours.

Had the first of hopefully many weekly tournaments last Tuesday and
will continue again this coming Tuesday for those that can make it.
