Image a pinball machine selling on this site. Every bid costs .60
cents. If you bid with one second left, the time goes back to 15
seconds to give other buyers a chance to bid. What a SCAM. I watched a
few auctions that the item retailed for $600 and sold for $325. big
deal. Even if they paid full retail for the item, each bid is 60 cents
and every bid increments the amount 1 penny. So an ending price of
$325 = $325 * 100 pennies = 3225 pennies. Each penny is a bid. Total
revenue for the item Zbiddy made on a $600 item is $1935.

I watched other auctions as well and they made a killing.. One auction
people kept bidding with 1 second left and it don't matter as they put
the clock back to 15 sec's. The auction kept on going for 20 minutes
until the person probably ran out of bid money.

IF A NEW STERN PIN SOLD FOR $3000 on ZBIDDY, They would make $180,000
on the sale of the game just in Bid increment fees.

Check it out for yourself.

the seller is making that money....but the buyer is not paying that
amount. Though I don't use those penny auctions....if you put in 10
bids, at $.60 a piece, you invest $6.00. Thats what you pay,
regardless if the final price is 1000$ or 180,000$. The only prob is
you have to pay to bid..

OK one post was a heads-up and LOL moment. Now I'm beginning to think
you're upset that you didn't think of this yourself, you're trolling or it'
actually is your site and you're trying to increase traffic.

P.S.
Think of the .60 per bid fee as a cover charge. How many shill bids do you
think will appear at that price compared to some Ebay auctions? I don't
think Medieval Madness machines listed for $10K on a penny auction are going
to have 10,000 shill bids bumping the final bid up to $10K.

Actually it's even worse: $19,500.

Wrong if you are the winner you pay for your bids plus the final value
of the the closed auction. In this particular case anyway.

yea, you have to pay for the item too. But these sites sometimes run
promotions where you can win free bids and stuff upon sign up. Buddy of
mine got 500 free bids from some random bid game he got to play for
signing up. Think it was the beezid site one.
