Chattanooga Pinball's owner, Dale Levine. Chattanooga, TN Boasts on
ebay that he has 60,000 square feet of showrooms. He claims to be the
largest in the U.S. We have a court judgement against him, which he
refuses to pay. We are the owners of Reynolds Amusement Co. in
McMinnville, TN. Would like to get the word out about him. I have seen
several negative comments about him. I had a stroke three years ago
and am getting toward the end of my gaming career. Hope this community
could shame him into paying what he owes. $4,000. Copy of the court
judgement is available. 931-473-5115

ask the clerk in the court where you won your judgement for some
help. I'm sure they'll have all the paperwork you need to fill out
demanding payment. They you have a PI or someone like that serve the
order. You'll be amazed how fast they'll pay once the court starts
placing liens on their assets.

Granted, this was in Colorado, but once a band I was in took a club
owner to small claims court for breech of contract. When the referee
ruled in our favor, the club owner mumbled "maybe I'll pay, maybe I
won't" as he stormed out of the court room. I went to the clerk right
then and asked "now what". She had me fill out a court order, then
she signed it and gave me a list of process servers. The order was a
request for all banking info, mortgage info, etc., in preparation for
placing liens. The owner had to fill it out and return it within 10
days or be held in contempt. I picked a server, he did his job, and
two weeks later I had a check. Not only did we get our contracted
payment for the gig, but ALL court costs too, including the process
server's fee.

Seems to me that RGP should be getting a cut on this deal. Every time
someone gets hosed by Chattanooga Pinball, it gets posted here and
VOILA! Problem fixed!

And think about this...if this guy really has a judgement against
Chattanooga Pinball, that means that they owed him $, they wouldn't
pay, he sued them, there was a hearing, there was an order from the
judge for them to pay, they didn't pay, the guy gets a judgement. That
took months.

All of that, and like 4 hours after a post here, the check is in the
mail? Damn!

Maybe the cable companies can sign us up to do collections for them.

And last, while I can't find it due to Google's having messed up the
archives again, the reason why this guy didn't pay up last time,
according to him, was that he was tending to sick twin adopted crack
babies. No judgement here on my part, of course, but, that was his
story.

First of all Dale, you are not talking to Cliff. I am Amy Reynolds,
the little lady that dislikes being dooped more than her kind,
trusting husband. While he was sleeping last night getting ready for a
day on the route, I was busy. I started at your own web site,
Chattanooga Pinball and that glorius sound of cha-ching. I saw the
pinball resources section on your home page and that was the start of
an alnighter. Victory, I don't know what you mean, is that crushing
you feeling of VICTORY over a little company you shafted almost (3)
years ago. Any one who questioned the validity of what I was saying,
think again. He would not have been calling and showed up at a court
house three counties away by breakfast time. I started at 12:30 pm and
finished at 4:30. By 8:15 you were on the phone. I barely had time to
tell Cliff what I had been up to all night. As for the negative
comments, they came from people who have not filled out a profile. I
have included our real names, addresses, phone # and e-mail. We will
see in eleven days if the check is any good. NOT VICTORY -

The funny thing is you were up all night trashing our web site saying
I am selling stolen games which I am not. You have slander my company
and me in a public forum. The games I got from you were not stolen and
you know it. Funny thing is now you are going to be on the other side
of the bench. Just in case you need a legal definition of slander here
it is.
A type of defamation. Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement
about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the
community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured
person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false
statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media -- for
example, over the radio or on TV -- it is considered libel, rather
than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very
wide audience
I woed you a bill which is civil and you were paid, you posted on my
website I am see stolen games which I was not. Oweing a bill is not
stealing it is just oweing you have accused me of a criminal offense
SEE YOU IN COURT. You should of been smarter

owing a bill may not be slander...but it is worse than slander...don't
be a vindictive DICK and sue her...all she was doing was trying to get
paid on something you knew you owed her...WTF?

I won't do business with you because I can clearly see what type of
person you are. that isn't slander it's an interpretation from your
own statements. if you want your reputation to improve, I suggest you
shut the fuck up and stop typing that you knew you owed her money for
3 years. here's more advice: pay your bills on time and stop
threatening other rpg members.

Well, kids, if there was ever any question about the veracity of my
story about Chattanooga Choo Choo Pinball of a few months ago, this
thread should assuage your doubt. And y'all learn y'all's lesson here.
If you don't pay your bills and if you don't pay your judgement for
not paying your bills and if someone finally finds the right pressure
point (like here, for example) to shame and embarrass you into paying
your bills, pay your bill, say you're sorry, make up a lie involving
puppies or grandmothers or twin crack babies and shut the hell up.

To attack the person who you have stiffed is just plain stoopid.

You know you slander me on my website saying I was selling stolen
games and at 1st I was going to give it to my lawyer and go foward but
I thought about it and was in the mind just to let it go. Keep running
that trap of yours and that can change. You have your money so be
happy and stop being a BITCH or we can go foward and your route will
be my route. So keep it up

I just made a fresh batch of popcorn in my Gold Metal big a$$ popcorn
machine. Yes, I use genuine Flavacol too.

Everyone knows that lawsuits are best served by surprise, not by
veiled challenges and threats.

Keep the show going please.

The great thing about WB tearing up your contract is, they never
really do. Just ask Porky Pig! (1940 - You Ought to Be in Pictures -

Geez, since this was aired in public (and this thread has drifted),
let me get this straight. You got machines from them and after 3
years, never paid for them? What were you doing with those games for
during this time frame ... borrowing them? They got a court settlement
stating that you had to pay for them but you didn't until this thread?
If they hadn't gone to court and won, would they still be waiting for
their money? If in their shoes, I'd be calling you a deadbeat/thief
too. I doubt you can win a slander case (but you can and *apparently
will* throw more money down that hole you're digging if you try).

Hey Gang, We got our money. $4,615.50. Clifford & Amy, Reynolds
Amusement Co., McMinnville, TN. It's is truly a shame when it takes
this kind of action for a man to pay his debt. Since this was posted,
Dale Levine, Chattanooga Pinball, Chattanooga, TN., has boasted about
taking all employees on a yearly cruise, along with being the largest
dealer in America. How many "borrowed" machines and parts are making
up his empire? Thanks again for posting on your own website the avenue
it took for us to find a voice and make you pay! Shamed by your own
kind! We heard that glorious sound that came from
chattanoogapinball.com, "CHA-CHING" as we deposited the long overdue,
COURT ORDERED, 3 years old, debt. As you open that new employee run,
profit shared, arcade after Christmas, think of all the other people
you owe and pay them!

Hello,

He just ripped me off too. All of the games that he sent needed repair in a very short time. I bought games out of peoples garages that have been more reliable. I was opening and Arcade bar and needed games and a lot of them. He drafted $25,000+ in December 2014 for delivery by February and I still don't have games.

I had to take out a dispute with my CC company and He calls me every day explaining how he wants to make it right. I have sent at least 100 emails and txts back and forth with him and still to no avail... he keeps delaying and can't keep up with what he has sent and not sent. I have a very simply detailed spreadsheet that I have mailed to him more than once.

Class A rip off..My business has suffered dramatically.

call or text me 919.649.2154
