Wow, 12 years lurking on RGP and this is the first time I've had to
post one of these.

He took money back in February for Genesis repro ramps. I'm not
really sure if anybody ever received any, but I know of at least 3
people who still have not. He stopped returning me emails months ago,
including the one where I asked if we could perhaps settle things like
adults. (I interpreted the lack of a response as a "no.")

In short, he's been lying for months and he stole at least $450 from
fellow pinheads. He claimed to be making 30 of them, but I have no
idea how many people sent him money.

That's all I've got, time for all his friends to go ahead and leap to
his defense. I'm sure he's "one of the good guys" when he's not
committing fraud.

The 1st batch of ramps were delivered, about 13the sets in total. We
had a few issues and and decided to retool. My manufacturer has run
into a few personal issues which have delayed everything. I live in MN
and he lives in WA, so I don't see what happens from day to day. I have
sent him hundreds of dollars for plastic, etc since the 'retool'
started. He assures me he is almost done, but I am starting to be weary
of that claim as well. I am in the process of getting money back from
him, or the ramps he promised. Either way, people will have resolution.
I will keep rgp posted.

Also, I have responded to every email I have gotten. Sometimes it just
takes a few days as I like to confer with the other guy involved in this
as well. If there has been a specific email that hasn't been answered,
please shoot it to me again, or PM me for my number.

Why not keep the peolpe who have paid you updated when they e-mail
you? Ignore them, and this is what you get, a forum complaint.

I hope you come through, as I just picked up a Genesis and am just
waiting to see how this all pans out.

I have been trying to keep people updated. I have responded to every
email I have seen. I don't know if some have gone to spam or what, but
I pride myself in being honest, and keeping people updated. If there
has been an email I haven't responded to, please re email it to me, and
i will start checking my spam folder.

By default, anyone doing repro parts for that title is a chump. Not
sure about the suckers that would spend 100s on fixing one either, but
hey, theft/fraud is not right either way. I run from that title every
time I see it, not walk, sprint. Fugly BG, about as bad PF.

Hope you get your money back for undelivered over-promised parts/service.

Does it describe a texture, location and/or personality?

With a custom translight based off of the movie Metroplis, it can be
made into a pretty nice looking piece. I spent $150 on my Genesis, not
bad pick up for $.

Genesis is a great game...pay no attention to that man behind the
curtain... :-)
And, you picked yours up for a great price.
