new netrek logo

I am pleased to announce a new netrek logo. My friend Dave designed it
for me at my request and according to my specifications and gave me
full rights to release it as I saw fit so I've licensed it under a
Creative Common License.

I would love to get your feedback, let me know what you think of the
new logo.

And feel free to desseminate this to the greater netrek community and
encourage its use. Would be nice to have it used on the wiki,
www.netrek.org, etc.
