BRMH is primarily a client for slow(er) workstations. To this end I've
tried to optimize it as much as possible for speed and efficiency in terms
of cpu usage and X protocol overhead.
Changes since 1.5:
SMART-MACROS now on by default (JN), dashboard (LAB), phaser log window
with several possible message formats, aligned kill messages. Also
numerous bugs fixed, along with minor speed improvements.
