Hmm a while i go i was on a great mud called
ChromeBlood that lost its site when the person who's
account it was moved

and the latest mudlist i saw a ChromeBlood II
I hope its the same mud if so when
will it be up i keep trying and it doesn't seem to be up

Yes, ChromeBlood II was up and running..... but it didn't last long!
Why? Well, it was a stolen copy of the mud which prompted me and a few
friends to work at getting it removed. You may ask why, well here's the answer
straightforward and simple:

These are some of the people who were banished;
Winter, me (Addey - quite surprising when I owned the mud), Nick,
Randalar, Madonna and some others I cannot remember off my head.
The mud was copied without my permission by a former god, who I demoted for
reasons which offended quite a few (thinking he owned the mud cos he had an
account which was shared with the owner's for reasons that were compromised
cos he was local to the site). The owner of the account heard the complaints
and decided to repossess the permissions of the files which the former god
changed solely to his account without permission.

As to the future of CB, that is still not clear as it is being worked on
on another machine (a NeXT - having problems with the system).
I was going to run it on a 386bsd, but the driver wasn't happy with the
architecture for some reasons that are still unknown to me. So, I decided to
switch to MudOS. MudOS only runs mudlibs in Native 3.0 mode which meant
having to convert about 30 megs of LPC. I decided to let CB wait til a better
machine was accessible, and I am starting a new mud on the 386bsd from scratch.
The theme for this new mud is not decided upon yet, just working on getting it
up first - one of my suggestions is KommikMUD where you just have to be weird
and silly with themes taken from cartoons of all kinds.
