Don't always blame the one who posted; if he is on AOL, for example, HE
CAN'T NOT CROSS-POST. In an initial message from an AOL user, the system
will not allow them to post to more than one group, but in replying to a
post from someone else that is cross-posted, the AOL user CANNOT remove
ANY of the groups from the post, or add any for that matter.

It's real simple. First of all don't read stuff who's subject is
Make x dollars quick and easy..Make money fast, etc.. It's the same bullshit
chain letter that's been everywhere.
Or, if you REALLY want it to stop, email root or admins at the person's machine
and tell them they have been distributing illegal chain letters.. That'll be
the end of it..
