I don't know if he plays with them or not but I know he bought a guy
name Bob's entire painted WHF Orc army for about $3,000. He supposedly
has a huge game room.

No... you've got to be kidding. ROBIN WILLIAMS? Popeye? Mrs.
Doubtfire? Somehow I can't fathom the man having enough patience to
play 40K or Fantasy...

I can see Robin Williams playing an entire army of Ork Madboys, doing all
their different voices, and coming up with a few new manias of his own!

No patince? Hence the reason he apparently plays Orks.. With Orks,
you're never bored!

"Okay, so the Madboys throw grenades in every direction..and the Squig
Catapult sends a crewmember up..and the Warphead's head explodes.. uh,
your turn.."

Like, later, eh.

Yes. Robin Williams plays or at least collects eldar. How do I know this
for fact? No I haven't played against him, but when I was working in the
GW store in Vancouver he came into the shop and bought some mini's. We
chatted for a bit and ran around the store making funny noises and
playing with the demo figs. Realy a nice guy, who can easily afford to
fork out the $10,000 he payed to have his table and scenery built by
some big Hollywood prop company (ILM maby?).

WIlliams? I'd have thought he'd play Orks, if only for the personality.
I can see him doing Ork voices during a game to distract the other guy .
. .

Rumor has it that Arnold Swartzenagger (damn, it _is_ hard to spell!)
has an IG army with a mini of himself from the Terminator figs as the
commander...with Eversor stats . . .

I don't doubt that he does play these games. Like most of us gamers, we
don't want to grow up too fast! Can you think of a better example? ;-)

(Actually, What surprises me is that he collects Eldar. I would have
expected Robin Williams to be an Orc or Chaos player: totally
unpredicatable...)

That would be supremely cool. Having ILM build a gaming table. Think of
what there would be! You could have REAL land mines, smoke, all sorts of
insane buildings (lots of star wars type stuff). now THAT would be cool.

You wouldn't think it too cool when you Army Commander who you spent
30+ hours painting hit one of those land mines and you had to pull him
out of the ceiling at 1/4 his height. . .
