[40k] Chaos Space Marines 2nd cut

Hi,

I fixed them up a bit but I'd still like to put in a unit of terminators
because I already own them. Please tell me what adjustments you think need
to be made.

~Two lascannons? Won't that make your retinue a bit static? Besides,
you've already got a unit of Havocs.

~This is OK too.

Total Army Cost: 1408

You have way too many heavy weapons (HQ & Troops) and not enough models
in your troop squads. Max out your troops and put them in Rhinos.
You're making yourself too slow; heavy weapons-move or shoot, Power
Fists-strike last. Don't bog down your HQ and troops with Heavy
Weapons.
You also want Termies too? That's overkill, too many chiefs and not
enough indians.

A few questions if you please:

Could I replace the havocs with Terminators? Would that have any benefit?

How many space marines should I have per squad? What about veterans as a
troop selection since I have the mark undivided?

How many heavy weapons do you think I should include?

Did u take the bionics because they're represented on the miniature u use?
If that's it, u did good. If not, drop them because they're sadly useless...

These dont match very finely with the exalted champion: he's a HtH guy,
while these are long range shooters. I'd make this retinue more suited for
HtH too, giving them CCW and BP, and some assault weapon (like meltagun or
plasma pistol).

I'm not sure about the power weapon...this guy should really stay away from
HtH. But maybe he's just ok as he is.

Probably a plasmagun (range 24") instead of meltagun (range 12") would match
better with the heavy weapons u chose (range 48"). But most of all, giving
the champions a power fist is very expensive and risky because they just
have 1 wound. Either u give the power fist to only 1 squad and equip it for
HtH (CCW+BP, no heavy weapon, a Rhino w/ smoke and extra armor) while use
the other squad for fire support (without vet. sarge), or drop both the
vet.sarges and use these 2 squads as fire support.

5 are very few, u'd better screen them with other squads...poor Tac squads,
I guess this will be their job. What about adding a couple more marines
here.

They need a Rhino if they want to reach HtH. Drop 2 berzekers and add a
champion, and give them a good Rhino.

Give the champion a power weapon and he'll be fine.

Man, u still have 92 points left here!
If u wish to add Termies to the army, I can suggest to drop the exalted
champion's entire retinue, drop the Tac Squad's both vet.sarges, take only 8
berzekers (with champion and Rhino) and use those extra 92 points u have
here. U should be able to build a 5 men Termy squad, but dont pump it too
much with extra stuff.
