And the same question for Storm Troopers; do they have a standard
color scheme?

There is the I symbol... that is in every pic of an inquisitor and on the cover
of Inquisitor. Other than that they normally wear robes to cover the armor, I'd
imagine the armor would mostly be painted black, with personal flourishes for
each Inquisitor. Definitely it should be painted so that if you really saw
someone walking in armor like that you'd be intimidated as all hell. Apart from
the symbol, this is all speculation.

I'd paint them similar to the rest of the army. They are part of the Imperial
Guard and would wear Guard uniforms, though you may want to make it somewhat
different, similar in overall theme but showing that they are from a different
part of the army, attached to another unit to help out.

IIRC the old fluff described Inquisitor dress ranging
from highly ornate to understated. Some may wear Termie
armor covered in symbols of office encrusted in gold
and painted in vibrant colors. Others may wear plain
black power armor. Some may even wear lighter armor and
a rosarius covered in simple robes or street clothing.
Equip your character however you want to fit his personality.

This varies as well. Standard is based on their dress uniform
which is black. This may be changed as supply, need for cammo
or commanders preference may dictate a new uniform.
