Hey,
I'm trying to get my Dark Elf army finished and now I've come to the Riders.
I have no experiance painting horses so I was wondering if anyone has any
helpful tips or if there are any good sites that give some good how to
examples.

Thanks in advance.

Google.

Search on oil rubbing, web and or groups.
Slap on a light coat of acrylic, darker oil over, rub off the highlights.
Keep the coat of oil paint thin as it takes a long time to dry.

Or acrylics stain technique.
Search newsgroup on "gettin good at painting ponies" or similar title.

The acrylic stain technique is my handiwork - I've got the full 'painting
ponies' instructions and samples of the results on my website. Look under
painting tips for full details.
