Hello. I am formulating a quarterly Electronic Magazine entitled
Warmaster's Journal dediated to the more esoteric aspects of Games Workshop
-- not just rules and so forth, but the 'fluff' and other aspects. This
magazine accepts submissions, and what we're looking for right now is
articles about the games and all there aspects. In the next week or so a
beta version of the site will be posted, and I will submit the URL for your
perusal. However, in order to get the magazine started, we need
submissions. At the end of this message is the list of submission
guidelines.

Let me state that this magazine will be FREE. Completely free of any
charge whatsoever -- it's by players, for players. Hopefully it will
present unbiased reviews of GW products and services. It is not intended
to be a threat to the status of any web pages; we won't allow submissions
which include rules for the game.

Characters with heavy weapons can NOT shoot at 'any figure on the board'.
With a heavy weapon, he now must follow regular targetting rules.
