The new Partial Cover rule is essentially the same fix I proposed in my
first post to Usenet in 1993. :-)
I do wonder if the +5 and +6 movement to-hit penalties and the changed
VTOL tables will make the attack of the killer bees still more lethal.
Generally I'm glad to see vehicles don't get quite so lousy a deal,
though.

That'd be what I was looking for, thanks.
Have I mentioned how much fun it was to play again? It had been
too long, but it was satisfying being able to rattle off the hit location
tables...
