IF Ports of Telarium/Trillium games??

Hi everyone.

After stumbling across a *huge* amount of good ol' Telarium games
(Fahrenheit 451, Dragonworld) for Commodore 64 on the Internet, I was
wondering: are they now considered "freeware"? Who owns copyright of these
games?

Let me just put this straight: I want to play those games again :-) It would
be GREAT if someone could port them to Inform's z6 format (with graphics
intact). I'm still miffed about not being able to finish Perry Mason! (But
then again I was a tiny kid at that time with almost no command of
English.....)

Any thoughts?
